No refunds will be accepted without an authorized and approved RMA.
Parts are not eligible for any return consideration 5 days after delivery
Effective 10-01-2011, AM General no longer will accept part returns. Some items, at the discretion of Hummer Parts Guy, may be considered returnable but restocking fees will apply - depending on item re-usability, weight and dimensions.
Any returned merchandise shipping costs will be paid for by the customer and will not be reimbursed. Returned items must be in the original box, packaging, etc and include all original paperwork. The part also cannot show any signs of installation. All returned parts are subject to approval and final inspection. Those parts not deemed "returned in proper condition" will not be subject to refund. ** Electrical parts are not eligible for returns regardless if they have been installed or not **. Long story short, verify parts if you have any questions and buy ONLY what you need. We have gotten burned by people sending back broken, damaged, rusted, used and not even our own parts we have shipped. Testing out parts to solve your issue or buying parts and then thinking you can return them after the fact isn't going to happen.
Customers will need the order number, item number and an approved reason for any return. We will help suggest proper fit and application for your Hummer H1 or Humvee but it is up to the customer to determine the final decision and application for any ordered items.
Any returned core must be in reusable condition and returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. All shipping charges for returned cores will be the responsibility of the customer. If cores are not returned within 30 days core charges will not be refunded. Any core returned that is not in reusable condition will not be credited back to the customer.
